Designed to tackle a variety of railroad maintenance applications with superior efficiency and unbeatable performance, Speed Swing provides the power to lay rails, set ties, or clear the path ahead. The Speed Swing can perform various tasks, including rail replacement, material handling, tie handling, and track maintenance, making it an all-in-one solution for rail operations. It’s capable of full 180-degree rotation and works both on and off the rails, bringing a greater level of maneuverability to position loads precisely for enhanced productivity.
The Speed Swing 445F2 is powered by a rugged 163-horsepower (122-kilowatt) Cummins QSB4.5 diesel engine. The Tier 4 Final motor uses a DOC, DEF, and SCR in its exhaust aftertreatment system. A 110-VAC engine block heater comes standard. The mobile crane uses a Dana T20000 three-speed transmission with a twist-grip electric shift control.

Track cleaning, general purpose, and loader buckets are available. Snow removal options include a V-plow, snow blower, and snow bucket.
